1The basics

We stand behind what we make: if something arrives damaged, isn't what you ordered, or doesn't meet the description, tell us and we'll repair, replace, or refund without argument. That includes asking for a copy in CSV or JSON, restricting how we process specific records, withdrawing consent for communications, and erasing your records entirely (subject to any legal requirement to retain order data for accounting purposes). Concerns about how we handle your data can also be escalated to the data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.
