1What we collect
Your data stays with us. We hold the name, email, phone, and (for orders) shipping address you give us when you get in touch — nothing more. We never combine it with information from anywhere else, never enrich it with third-party data, and never pass it to brokers. Payment details, when an order is placed, are handled by our payment processor and we never see the card number ourselves. We retain order records for tax purposes for the period required by law (typically six years), and contact-form messages for up to two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner. You have the right to access, correct, port, or erase any of it; email us and we will respond within thirty days. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority if you believe we have mishandled your data.
1.1What you tell us
1.1.1

Your name, contact details and the notes or files you send when you get in touch.

1.2What we notice
1.2.1

Basic, anonymous visit data so we can tell which pages catch the light. Nothing that identifies you personally.

2How we use it
To reply, to make and deliver your work, and to keep the studio running. We never sell your details.
2.1Cookies
2.1.1

Only functional cookies are used here — the ones a site needs to remember a choice you've actively made: language, currency, log-in state, cart contents. We do not run analytics or advertising scripts on this site. There are no third-party scripts that drop their own tracking cookies. If you want a finer-grained inventory of every cookie this site sets, write to us and we'll send you the full list. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site will keep working but you'll have to re-enter preferences on subsequent visits.

3Your rights
Anything we keep about you is yours to access, edit, port, or remove. Just email us and we'll act on the request within thirty days at no cost. That includes asking for a copy in CSV or JSON, restricting how we process specific records, withdrawing consent for communications, and erasing your records entirely (subject to any legal requirement to retain order data for accounting purposes). Concerns about how we handle your data can also be escalated to the data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.
